This site was originally shared between my translation service and the holiday home. Well, Google is now doing all the translations, so the site is now dedicated to the holiday home.
On this page we intend to scribble stuff about where we live and any other interesting things that spring to mind.
Since I dropped the minimum stay from 3 to 2 nights, most bookings are now for 2 nights. And mostly through booking.com. I wonder if this is a new trend or just a temporary thing. I'd really like to get away from booking.com, but it looks like some people only look there when researching accommodation. It's cheaper to book direct, but it's as if people somehow feel more comfortable booking through an agency.
