What is VTAR?
According to the relevant legislation, it is a holiday let that complies with the same requirements as any other holiday let but excluding the possibility of offering any additional service.
This means that we are not allowed to provide any services in addition to furnished, self-catering holiday accommodation.
For longer stays, we make fresh bedding and towels etc. available as required. But we cannot provide a cleaning service during the stay. This is the responsibility of the guests.
Despite the above, in case of breakage or emergency we are only a phone call away.
